We use 7 crystals, one for each chakra. If our chakras are out of balance or closed, you can feel it emotionally, spiritually and it can also manifest physically. Stress, anxiety, self doubt can all be signs. Crystals vibrate on a higher frequency and can therefore help us to stay positive and balanced.
These crystals are all handpicked by me, Monie and lovingly handmade into a very unique product :)
When working with chakras, you normally start with the root or base chakra so i will do that too:
- Root Chakra: Black Tourmaline for grounding and protection
- Sacral Chakra: Moonstone for sensuality and self worth
- Solar Plexus: Amber for joy and abundance
- Heart Chakra: Rose Quartz for universal love and understanding
- Throat Chakra: Larimar for expression and communication
- Third Eye: Amethyst for intuition and awakening all your clairsenses
- Crown Chakra: Clear Quartz for spirituality and connecting to the divine
