This necklace is also based on the 7 main chakra points. We use 7 crystals, one for each chakra. If our chakras are out of balance or closed, you can feel it emotionally, spiritually and it can also manifest physically. Stress, anxiety, self doubt can all be signs. Crystals vibrate on a higher frequency and can therefore help us to stay positive and balanced.
These crystals are all handpicked by me, Monie and lovingly handmade into a very unique product :)
When working with chakras, you normally start with the root or base chakra so i will do that too:
- Root Chakra: Smoky Quartz for grounding and protection
- Sacral Chakra: Garnet for sensuality and self worth
- Solar Plexus: Sunstone for joy and abundance
- Heart Chakra: Malachite for universal love and understanding
- Throat Chakra: Sodalite for expression and communication
